In this context, WFDP is pleased to confirm the appointment of Mr. Abdiaziz Kasim Mohamud to lead planning activities in Somalia. This appointment recognizes his professional track record within the WFDP ecosystem, where he previously served as Executive Director of an affiliated organization in Somalia and successfully implemented several initiatives and programs under WFDP frameworks, contributing to measurable field impact.
This appointment reflects WFDP’s broader institutional model of developing leadership from within its network, including affiliated and accredited organizations, as well as members and registered volunteers, based on merit, dedication, and demonstrated effectiveness.
